Rock and Roll! Dave Ristrim is one of the few masters of rock steel, and he really struts his stuff on this self-produced studio recording. Rock fans will recognize most of these titles. Dave makes Jeff Beck's 'Cause We've Ended As Lovers sound like it was written for steel, and after hearing Dave it's hard to image George Harrison's Within You Without You without a Dobro. Don't let the New Country track scare you off - it's actually a Jean Luc Ponty song!
